Justin Samler - Ag Sales Rep
"The perception of going to a tech school to be a mechanic or grease monkey is not accurate. When you come out of there, you’re a polished technician. You’re highly trained and capable of repairing complex technical issues that new machines have."
Schyler Shanahan - Field Service Technician
"If you’re hard-working, reliable, and can think on your feet, you can be a successful technician."
Justin Samler - Ag Sales Rep
"The JD Tech program is much more than just nuts and bolts, transmissions, engines, electrical. They teach you a lot about manners and etiquette. They treat you like you’re in the real world."
Jeremy Vrana - Career Development Lead

Behind every producer, there’s a team of technicians helping keep them running.
Jeremy Vrana - Career Development Lead
"Now’s an unbelievable time to be a technician. We can remotely connect to machines, update software, we can predict breakdowns before they happen. That’s why we need technicians from the John Deere Tech program who are specifically trained to harness these tools and use them to their fullest capabilities."
