Today, Jason impacts the ag industry and Platte Valley customers by keeping their lawnmowers, tractors, and other farm & turf equipment inspected, repaired, and optimized. Jason enjoys not knowing what he’s going to work on each day. The variety keeps the role interesting. Jason’s dad has been his inspiration throughout the years.

Jason brings that attitude to work every day at our Humphrey location.
“Jason is always willing to help out and has a can-do determination. When asked to do something, his reply back is almost always, “I’ll take care of it.” That’s Jason’s attitude and ability to get the job done,” said Jess Schure, Humphrey store lead. “Jason is simply a pleasure to be around.”
Jason enjoys working at Platte Valley Equipment because of the company’s focus on the customer.
“Being good to the customer…it makes you proud to work for a company that’s passionate about what they do. The people I work with - there’s no doubt in my mind. We’re not just co-workers, we’re friends.” Jason’s advice to a new employee? “Work hard and give it a chance. Follow your dreams.”
“Jason’s willingness to help the customer is unmatched by any other employee that I have known,” said Joe Ruskamp, service manager at Humphrey. “It doesn’t matter if it’s an internal or an external customer, the response is always the same. “I’ll take care of you” is Jason’s number one rule. This is how Jason conducts his daily interaction with all of the people that ask him for help. He delivers the best product that he can every single time. He does the right thing through honest, forthright communications.”
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Patty, and their three kids. He loves making memories with his family while hunting, four-wheeling, and fishing.
