HOW TO ORDER PARTS ONLINE THROUGH PLATTE VALLEY EQUIPMENT WEBSITE
IF YOU KNOW YOUR PART # OR WANT HELP FROM PLATTE VALLEY EXPERTS:
1. click on parts and service
2. click on parts request - send directly to us - no diagrams
3. fill out personal fields – all with * by them
4. fill out vehicle fields- all with * by them
5. fill out parts needed – more info is better
6. select which PVE store you want to contact
7. click on I AM NOT A ROBOT – follow instructions – green check when answered
8. click submit screen says Thanks we’ve received your submission if any * field isn’t filled out, it will ask you to fix and resubmit
IF YOU NEED PARTS SCHEMATICS, DON’T KNOW YOUR PART NUMBER, OR WANT JOHN DEERE INFO:
1. click on parts and service then select parts
2. click on Genuine John Deere Parts or John Deere remanufactured
3. enter info by following prompts
4. add to cart items needed
5. click on the cart symbol
6. click on proceed to check out
7. select registered or gest check out
8. make sure the correct PVE location is selected
9. follow check out instructions
10. submit order and print out or screen shot to phone and bring with you when picking up your order in store.
TO ORDER A&I AFTERMARKET PARTS:
1. click on parts and service then select parts
2. click on A&I parts
3. enter info by following prompts
4. add to cart items needed
5. click on my cart symbol
6. If you have a non-rush order and don’t want to pay shipping (regular order) copy and paste your order/part info and fill out a parts request form on our website instead (see first section of this document for directions).
7. click go to check out
8. fill out fields and credit card info
9. Submit order - parts will be shipped to you by A&I
